Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an order update through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.


Delivery Time

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, public holidays, or due to courier service delays.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service nationwide. Customers can pay for their orders at the time of delivery.


Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided so you can track the status of your parcel through the courier service.


Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Fiora by Talha Anees is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses, phone numbers, or incomplete information.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable to receive the parcel after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.


Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged parcel or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our support team will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
